We want to inform you about a serious technical issue that recently affected our server. A critical system error led to unexpected corruption in the game’s database, which impacted data integrity and required urgent action.
To prevent further issues and protect the overall experience, we’ve performed an emergency rollback of 24 hours. All progress made during that time has been reverted to the last stable point.
What exactly happened?
An internal fault, unrelated to regular game operations, caused inconsistencies in the stored data. Unfortunately, this prevented us from applying selective recovery, and the safest solution was to restore the server to a backup made 24 hours before the issue.
The error has been isolated and corrected — but the effects required a full reset.
